Jesper is an esteemed advisor, leader, and chairperson. At Idonea, he delivers keynote speeches, educational content, and is the project partner for our board services. Alongside Jim and Mikael, he follows a holistic approach for helping businesses to sustain competitiveness, growth, and development.
Jesper is a well-read, experienced, and curious leadership expert, with particular specialisation in helping boards become high-performing and truly value-adding pillars of organisational success and resilience. With his exceptional expertise in board work, he is member of the “Netværk for RESILIENT Selskabsledelse” and co-author of their “Corporate RESILIENCE Recommendations“.
He believes that one of the key ingredients to sustained competitiveness and success as a business is resilience. To accomplish that, he suggests that organisations have to focus on both, performing (in the present) and transforming (towards the future). He sees the role of boards in that process as absolutely crucial: Boards cannot only focus on compliance anymore (although it remains of course a crucial function of boards), but also have to attend to the organisation’s core, the right people, the strategy, and finally the execution.
