LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY IN A WORLD OF CHANGE
In a world where faced-paced technological development, the need for drastic sustainable restructuring, and globalization create completely new demands for companies and leaders, historical leadership models are often insufficient.
Enter the Dreams & Details leadership model. In just a few years, it has become an ambitious and optimistic alternative, which allows you to dream big, while enabling you to lead necessary transformations to realize these dreams. It has proven its value as a catalyst for building and implementing ambitious sustainability strategies, digital transformations, and radical innovation in a large number of Danish and foreign companies.
Join an inspiring program that takes a deep-dive into the model and uncovers the thoughts behind it, but also inspires with many cases and examples from companies and managers who have succeeded with admirable transformations – not least by earning the employees’ unlimited commitment.
Throughout the program, you will gain a deep insight into how the Dreams & Details leadership model can become the focal point for your leadership efforts.
- Master the dilemma between creating results here and now while sparking the innovation and transformation needed to succeed in the future.
- Create the framework to realize the employees’ full potential.
- Identify the opportunities in sustainable and digital transformation.
- Increase speed and focus in the company’s innovation.
- Get inspired by practical cases of successful transformations in well-known companies.
- Enjoy the possibility of personal sparring about your own Dreams & Details.
What previous participants say:
I experienced the results as extremely good and very useful in relation to utilizing the Dreams & Details model for continuously transforming our part of the company. I brought home much invaluable input, but also a confirmation that there are many things we already do right. The lectureres offered a high level of inspiration and also in regards to the external instructors from various companies, it was no less interesting and instructive to hear about their experiences with transformations and change processes – both what they have been successful with and what they have not been successful with.
My participation in the program has also resulted in us taking a closer look at our DNA and culture in Technology innovation - based on the Dreams & Details framework tool. It must be an acid test of whether we do the right things, set the right framework and set employees free."
The program takes place with 2 modules of 3 days each.
It is completed with contributions from Mikael Trolle and Jim Hagemann Snabe – the minds behind the model – together with Jesper Lok, who has helped to refine and expand the use of Dreams & Details in recent years.
In addition, the participants will meet a number of practitioners who use or have used the model to implement significant transformations. We get the opportunity to delve deeper into these examples and thus obtain a unique opportunity to learn from very current management challenges. What the individual examples have in common is that they demonstrate how it is possible to achieve significant results, significantly increase the degree and speed of innovation and rethink how to engage a very large part of the employees in creating impressive results.
From the start, Dreams & Details has drawn inspiration from business and the world of sport, and speakers and guests represent a great degree of diversity and different perspectives, which help to emphasize the fundamental application possibilities.
The program is aimed at managers who are responsible for, or have a key role in setting, the strategic direction for the organisation. Typical job profiles are: CEO (20%), CXO (40%), VP (30%), others (10%).
THE PROGTRAM’S CONTENT
On the first module of the training, the participants get a thorough introduction to the Dreams and Details management model, with the aim of being able to mirror the course’s practical cases in the management model. Furthermore, in module 1 we deal specifically with transformation cases focused on the green transition of the energy sector, the transport industry as well as a broader perspective on macro-dynamics and market development. The module is rounded off with a discussion of the barriers and issues that typically cause changes to fail, and how these can best be handled.
Where module 1 is an attempt to understand company transformations, module 2 is aimed at a reflection of further cases from your own perspective, as well as how you as a manager can advantageously act in larger transformations. Concretely, we are looking back at the green transition, now no longer from the supply side, but from the production side of the energy sector. Furthermore, we look at the transformation of two of the country’s largest industrial giants from black to green organisations, as well as what personal leadership it requires.
On both modules, the participants will experience an interaction between teaching in the model, review of cases from the directors and managers who were responsible for the cases, as well as inspiration and perspective from prominent speakers.
