Peter Trolle – Biography
Peter was born in 1993. Already as a youth it was clear he had an interest in leadership and sports. Since the age of 15, he has played volleyball in a variety of youth national teams, where he quickly rose in the ranks and became Captain for his age group.
In 2012 he served as one of 14 players competing in the German 1. Bundesliga, Champions League, as well as competing for the National Cup. He eventually became a player for the Denmark Men’s National Volleyball Team.
While he was studying Economics and Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School, he also co-founded High Performance Talents, a Young Leaders Development Program. Utilizing some of the lessons he had gained while studying and playing elite sports, Peter helped create the program with the explicit goal of nurturing and guiding young talent in finance, administration and other areas of business. The young talents met with some of the most revered personalities from four very different worlds: sports, the arts, business and science. Here they entered a sort of apprenticeship, which helped develop their abilities and potential for leadership.
As a Senior Consultant at Dreams and Details, Peter has a special talent for applying strategy and spotting potential in new hires and young talents.
